The Group's principal investment property is a 33-storey office and commercial building situated in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The office and commercial building, namely Saigon Trade Centre, is strategically located in the prime location of the heart of commercial activities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Being one of the top grade office building in Ho Chi Minh City, it is a reputable landmark in the city and is usually referred as the "33 storey" by the local Vietnamese for classifying it as once being the tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City.

Saigon Trade Centre is 100% owned by the Group's subsidiary, Luks Land (Vietnam) Limited.

Most of the tenants of Saigon Trade Centre are reputable multi-national companies, such as Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential, Colgate Palmolive, Cisco and etc. Not only generating significant cash flow and income for the Group, Saigon Trade Centre, signifying the Group's confidence investing in Vietnam dating back to 1993, has earned good reputation and recognition from Vietnam government and local investors to the Group.

Saigon Trade Centre generates more than 85% of the Group's total earnings in property investment business.

Apart from Vietnam, the Group's other investment properties include some industrial properties located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen and some residential apartments in Shanghai, the PRC.
